Sometimes, people take hard decisions very soon and do not
think for a second for its consequences. We as a social animal shall use the
power of communication and discuss our feeling without hesitation. But actually
we become so shy and self-centered and take step which become worst and
irreversible.
Yesterday I typed a complaint against the Sarpanch
(Representative) of a Village, his wife and his daughter.
The Story is that the complainant Sukhvir and his wife Harpreet got married by
Love and out of their marriage, two children born.
Sarpanch Jagjit’s wife Harshdeep and his daughter Arshdeep
either by mistake or intentionally thought that Harpreet is having an affair
with Sarpanch Jagjit. For which, both started harassing Harpreet for their
hypothetical reason, without even enquiry about the fact.
On the other hand, Harpreet did not tell anything to her
husband or family. But, one day, the level of harassment leveled up, when
Harshdeep & Arshdeep intentionally called Harpreet by saying that they want
the matter be sold and asked her to come at her house. When, she went there,
both of them attacked her and brutally manhandled her, with fists and blows and
made her half dead. After which she was made to run from their house.
Harpreet told all her story to her husband and family and
they made a complaint to the local authority (Panchayat) of Village to solve
this matter immediately. The Panchayat was conducted but Arshdeep and Harshdeep
did not come to the Panchayat. As they are not ready to feel sorry and regret
for their conducts. Harpreet again and again requested to the Panchayat to make
them appear in here and feel sorry to her. But, as Manjit was the member of Panchayat and
representative of Village, the voice of Harpreet did not come to the ears of
Panchayat.
Deeply broken Harpreet made a decision, by which life of
their loved-ones changed forever. She, without discussing the matter and deeply
harassed by the acts of Arshdeep, Harshdeep and the society did not lisen to
her, went to her home and hanged herself with the fan and killed herself.
When I knew this, her husband, who was sitting right behind
me, I looked at him, he was totally broken and wet eyes clearly stating that
how deep effect she made while going from this world.
